This isn’t a spa break.
It’s a return to yourself.
Kerala’s Ayurveda is not a spa treatment it is a living science of life (Ayur = life, Veda = knowledge).
Our 8-day Panchakarma-based programme is designed and supervised by qualified Ayurvedic
physicians. Every treatment is prepared fresh daily using hand-sourced Kerala herbs, medicinal oils,
and time-tested formulations.Morning Yoga is not optional it is the foundation. Each dawn, you begin
with breathwork (Pranayama), gentle asanas, and guided meditation on our open-air yoga deck
overlooking the sea.The body opens. The mind settles
This 15-night retreat includes an 8-day Ayurveda programme, daily morning yoga, and excursions during your stay.

Your healing begins on Day 1 with a personalised physician consultation a thorough assessment
of your body constitution (prakriti) and current health state, followed by your first Abhyangam,
a full-body warm herbal oil massage that opens the channels, calms the nervous system, and
signals to your body that deep rest has begun.
Your physician will prescribe either Podikkizhi (dry herbal powder bolus) or Elakkizhi (moist herbal
leaf bolus) based on your Dosha constitution, symptoms, and whether your body requires dry or
moist heat both working toward the same goal: loosening deep-seated toxins and preparing
your body for the purification of Virechana on Day 5.
On Day 5, you undergo Virechana a classical Panchakarma purgation therapy that flushes
toxins accumulated in the liver, gallbladder, and small intestine. This is one of the most powerful
internal cleansing procedures in Ayurvedic medicine, prescribed only after the body has been
adequately prepared. The day’s session is complemented with Abhyangam to support and soothe
the body through the process.
Days 6, 7, and 8 bring you into the restorative phase a daily pairing of Abhyangam and Shirodhara. Each
morning, the warm oil massage re-establishes circulation and deepens tissue nourishment, followed by
Shirodhara a continuous, meditative stream of warm medicated oil poured gently over the forehead (third
eye). This combination profoundly calms the mind, regulates the nervous system, and allows the healing
initiated through earlier treatments to fully integrate at a cellular level.
Vagamon & Anayadikuthu Waterfalls
A day in the misty highlands of Vagamon unhurried, crowd-free, and quietly breathtaking. Your
journey begins at Anayadikuthu Waterfalls, where forest, mist, and cascading water set the
tone for the day ahead. From there, rise to Varattumedu Hills, where paragliders drift above
sweeping valley views. The open meadows of Mottakunnu follow blanketed in cloud and silence
before a final stop at Thangal Para, a sacred rock outcrop with panoramic Western Ghats
views that stays with you long after you leave.
Munnar Viewpoints & The Green Horizon
A scenic sightseeing journey through Munnar, Kerala’s crown jewel of tea country. You will pass
through endless carpets of tea estates, stop at curated viewpoints where the Western Ghats
unfold in every direction, and breathe air that feels like it has never been touched. This is not a
tourist circuit it is a gentle immersion into one of the most visually healing landscapes on earth.
Athirapilly Waterfalls The Niagara of India
Stand before Athirapilly Falls, the largest waterfall in Kerala and one of the most breathtaking in
all of South Asia. The roar of the water, the mist rising from the gorge, and the surrounding
Vazhachal forest reserve create an experience that is both humbling and deeply energising. A
perfect counterpoint to the stillness of your treatment days.
Travel to Coimbatore for a deeply moving visit to the Isha Yoga Center one of the most
powerful spiritual spaces in India.Stand before the Adiyogi Shiva statue, the world’s largest
bust sculpture, a 112-foot embodiment of the first transmission of yoga. Walk the grounds of
the Dhyanalinga, a meditative space unlike anything you will experience elsewhere. For guests
on a healing journey, this is often the most transformative day of the entire programme.
(Guests will be transferred in a private air-conditioned 16-seater Urbania for comfort and ease.)
Right at your doorstep, the serene backwaters of Cherai offer a slow, unhurried boat ride through Kerala’s
celebrated network of canals, paddyfields, and coconut-fringed inlets. Watch
local life unfold from the water fishermencasting nets at dusk, egrets perched on
the banks, and the golden light of aKerala evening painting everything in
amber. A quiet, meditative experiencethat needs no destination.
Every guest on the 15-day programme is assigned a dedicated Ayurvedic physician
who remains available throughout your stay.Beyond the initial consultation and
treatment planning on Day 1, your doctor will conduct mid-programme and end programme reviews to assess your body’s
response, adjust therapies as needed, and
prescribe personalised post-retreatprotocols herbal formulations, dietary
guidance, and daily routines so that thehealing you begin here continues long after
you return home.
