Special Fish Fry
- Fish medium – 2nos.
- Ginger & Garlic paste – 1 to 1 1/2 tsp each
- Kashmiri chilli – 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Lime juice/ Vinegar – 1 to 2 tsp
- Salt
- coconut oil
PREPARATION
Wash the fish with little salt and drain the water. Make gashes on the fish. Make a thick paste of 2 to 6 ingredients and marinate the fish with this paste. Keep this for half an hour. Heat coconut oil on a pan and shallow fry the fish. Serve with onion rings and slice of lime.
